Our Speakers

Dr Glynis Wright – The Alternative Divorce Company

Dr Glynis Wright MBE is a local lawyer/businesswomen. She retrained as a lawyer when she was 40 and by 48 was running her own specialist family law firm which she successfully built up and then sold 10 years later. Dr Glynis has now retrained as a Certified Divorce Coach and has just launched The Alternative Divorce Company – a collaborative cross sector support service that offers a completely new approach for those facing divorce and relationship breakup.

Dr Glynis was awarded an MBE in the Queens New Year Honours List of 2020 for her services to female entrepreneurship. In July 2023 she received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Leicester for her services to business and law. In February 2024 Dr Glynis was granted the Freedom of the City of London.

Dr Glynis believes passionately that collaboration leads to personal growth and is the bedrock of a successful, evolving enterprise.

Ben Catley – Richardson – The Accountability Viking

Ben Catley-Richardson is the world’s only Accountability Viking, rescuing business owners from overwhelm, overthink and the inability to resist distraction. Ben is obsessed with helping people focus on what really matters and take practical action to grow, learn and change their lives for the better. Who do you know who gets in the way of their own growth? Tell them to howl out for the Accountability Viking!
