COVID-19 Terms and Conditions

Our guests must ensure they comply with any entry requirements as stipulated by the venue and/or promoter.

Guests are not to attend the venue if they are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. Guests are requested to take a lateral flow test prior to attending the event, for the safety of all attendees.

The event organisers will regularly update guidance based on Government regulations, at present it is recommend that conducting health checks, such as temperature screening or checking symptoms of staff and attendees safely and respectfully, in accordance with any applicable privacy laws and regulations.

All other terms and conditions remain valid and are outlined below:

Refunds and exchanges

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged – except in the event of a cancelled performance.

Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to Government guidance, we will offer a refund or option to transfer tickets to the new date.
