ActionCOACH Ed Cooper Launches Book Club… With a Heart
December 10, 2020 12:28 pmLocal business coach, Ed Cooper, has launched a BookCLUB with a difference!
Says Ed, “One of the commitments I made to myself for 2020 is to help business owners in my local community gain the skills, confidence and beliefs that they need to get their already GOOD businesses to GREAT! This will not only transform their lives for the better but also impact on their community and the people they employ.
“One of the steps I’ve taken in order to achieve this is to create and launch my BookCLUB which will be on-line to start off with but will eventually be face-to-face when restrictions allow us to meet. The BookCLUB is a great environment to build on and create a great mindset, great business and install the habits we need to have in order to have a great life! It is also a great place to network and share ideas; and there’s the added bonus of accountability from your local ActionCOACH – yours truly! The BookCLUB meets on the first Wednesday of every month and starts with a bit of networking before leading into the event proper finishing at around 7:30pm.”
The BookCLUB costs £65 + VAT per month. Adds Ed, “I’ll be donating £5 of that monthly fee to the fabulous local charity that is Alex’s Wish. I’ve had the honour of knowing Emma Hallam, founder of Alex’s Wish, for several years now and I’ve been inspired by her and her commitment and dedication to finding treatments and, ultimately, a cure for the life-limiting illness Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which affects 1 in every 3,500 boys born including her son. I hope this regular monthly donation will play its part in helping Emma to achieve her goal of finding a cure for Duchenne.”
Added Emma, “I’m so grateful to Ed for his monthly donation. Regular donations like this make all the difference to small charities like Alex’s Wish and I wish him all the success in the world with this fabulous initiative. Having networked with Ed for many months now I know the skill, passion and results he brings to working with businesses and helping them to achieve their aims and objectives. I would wholeheartedly recommend any business owner to find out more about Ed, his work and his BookCLUB.”
