We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our trio of cycling events this year has raised a staggering £50,769.00.  Our trio of cycling events includes of Charnwood Forest Cycle Ride which took place in May this year raising £10,797.00, our epic London to Paris Cycle Ride event held in July raising £26,321.00 and our team of riders at this year’s Prudential Ride London raising £13,651.00. We cannot thank all of amazing cyclists enough for everything they have done. Our very own Alex’s Wish founders Emma & Andy Hallam have both taken part in these events alongside our Events Manager Zoe Edwards and Trustee Adam Flowers, so we know the hard work that needs to put into the training and fundraising to make this happen.

Well done everyone and thank you all so much, you should be super proud of yourselves for raising this staggering amount of money to help boys with Duchenne.  We are now in talks with Duchenne UK and Solid Biosciences to see where the best place is to put this hard earned money.  We want it to make as much difference to our boys as possible and help it bring about new treatments and ultimately a cure for all children and young adults living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

We will keep our supporters informed as to where this money will be invested and how it will help make a difference to our boys.
