Wellbeing4Life organises a 12-hour Wellbeing-a-thon!

On Saturday, 26th September 2020 – the fabulous ladies Elain Crew and Sharon De Caestecker at Wellbeing4life are organising a 12-hour Wellbeing-a-thon to help raise money for Alex’s Wish

This fabulous 12-hour event is aimed at everyone looking to improve their wellbeing, it’s designed to give you lots of wellbeing tips, healthy recipies and get you trying lots of different activities for just £20 donation to Alex’s Wish. This event will be delivered to you via a Facebook Live page so you take part in as many activities as you wish from the comfort of your own home.


The 12-Hour Wellbeing-athon Programme* consists of:

8:30am The foundations of wellbeing – finding balance
9:30am A virtual Boot Camp!
10:30 Nutrition and energy – live breakfast cook included
11:15am Self Care
12:00 Virtual Pilates
12:45 Laughter Yoga
1:30pm Mindfulness for wellbeing
2:15pm Sleep
3:00pm Wellbeing and movement
3:45pm Laughter Yoga Take 2
4:30pm A recap on what today is all about
5pm A positive approach to stress
5:45pm A virtual Boot Camp
6:45pm Dinner live cooking session
7:30pm How you can take wellbeing into your daily lives
8pm Close
