A record breaking year for Charnwood Forest Cycle Ride

Sunday was a fabulous day at our Charnwood Forest Cycle Ride with a great turn out of 190 riders –  which was a record number! We would like to thank all our super cyclists, our wonderful marshals, our cake bakers and all our helpers back at the Rothley Centre,  raising between them an amazing £8,300 for Alex’s Wish fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy!

We would like to give a special mention to our sponsors The Woodies Pub and Bradleys Supermarket, who have supported this event annually – thank you so much for your support.

A huge thank you to St Johns Ambulance, Raynet and Pedal Power of Loughborough who were all working at the event to keep all the riders safe and on the road. We could not have done it without you all!
