Fashion UK, a leading Leicester-based licensed fashion company serving an international customer base, has chosen Alex’s Wish as a key charity to support this year. Fashion UK is also supporting our Business Club as an advisor and club member. Amongst other things, they organised their very own Valentines Ball bringing together 450 guests together to help raise vital funds and awareness for our cause.
Independent Financial Planners Furnley House are a vibrant and passionate team who care deeply about their clients and staff and the community in which they live. With their Head Office in Syston, they now have over 30 staff and offices in Magherafelt (Northern Ireland) and Leamington Spa.
The team at Furnley House have supported us hugely by raising £40,000 for Alex’s Wish in 2018 by cakes sales, curry lunches at work, a fabulous summer ball, a brave team taking on the Wolf Run and a Sky Dive. Furnley House are a huge inspiration to us.
Morgan Sindall is a leading UK construction and regeneration group, operating in the public and commercial sectors, through six divisions of construction and infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, urban regeneration and investments.
Netmetix, are cloud network specialists based in Allesley, Coventry. Experts in their field, they will be donating £10 per month to Alex’s Wish for each new cloud server that they provide as well as giving regularly to our cause – this has resulted in a total of £2,460 raised in 2018.
The Property Fox is dynamic and proactive estate agency with many years experience. The Property Fox is based in Leicestershire and are passionate about giving back to the community they work in, Alex’s Wish is one of the charities that they have chosen. To support Alex’s Wish they will donate a proportion of their sales fee to one of three local charities chosen by the vendor.

The Queen Victoria Arts Club is restaurant and a private members club
with the feel of an old traditional arts club. It is based in the heart of Leicester’s Cultural Quarter, the venue is an imposing building stepping out on to the pedestrianised Orton Square, a shared space with Curve Theatre, Athena events and conferencing venue, The Exchange Bar and the, soon to be landscaped, public garden St George’s Church Yard.

Stephen George is an Architecture Practice established in 1970, they have lots of plans on how they will support Alex’s Wish. One of Stephen Georges’ Directors Mark Smith, is taking part in a challenge to run 2019 miles in 2019, as well as taking part in 54 events to raise funds and awareness for Alex’s Wish. We were so honoured when they bought a piece of art produced by Alex and turned it in to their corporate Christmas cards.
